No previous experience neccessary. Acrobatics originated in China in the Han Dynasty over 2,500 years ago and foot juggling is one of the oldest disciplines in circus arts. It started with the street performers juggling carriage wheels and big water pots and jars. Lianna is an 8th Generation circus performer and will guide the students through basic foot juggling techniques with a cylinder, catching balls and juggling with feet. This is extremely engaging and exciting!
